Key figures
- UPA counts 988,539 electric meters and 309,534 gas module retrofits by its own crews.
- The Kentucky PSC recorded 1,358,964 meters and modules from all installers, with deployment complete by December 31, 2025.
Electric meters and gas modules
UPA handled the field installation with Landis+Gyr. Customer notices filed with the Kentucky PSC told customers that “a technician from Utility Partners of America (UPA) will upgrade your meter(s).” The PSC filings give the program total and the completion date; the split between electric meters and gas modules comes from UPA’s own count.
