Utility Partners of America: Facts and Project Records

UPA’s company facts and public program information now sit in one place, so utilities can check who we are, what we do and the source behind each number.

Utility Partners of America (UPA), founded in 1997 and part of System One since 2009, has gathered its company facts and public program information in one place for utilities, customers and job seekers.

Company facts in one place

The company facts page gives UPA’s legal name, Greer, South Carolina headquarters, main telephone number and leadership. André E. Foster has been Chief Executive Officer since July 2025, and Todd Stone is President and Founder. A utility program’s scheduling number is separate from our main office line.

Programs with their sources

The track record lists each utility program with its dates and sources, and says whose number each figure is: UPA’s own count, a utility or regulator total for every installer, or a contract award that hasn’t been reported as finished.

Our service pages connect those programs to the work a utility is planning. Where we don’t yet publish a named reference or a number, the page says so, and new milestones will be added the same way.

For a utility program, use the contact page. For a customer appointment, start with your utility’s own program information.
